A First Order Voucher gained via a Koop website pop-up is only valid for a new email subscriber who has entered their email address and agreed to receive marketing emails from Koop AND is useable only to the extent of any Goods forming part of a First Order that are not: to be shipped internationally, bulky requiring a special shipping quote, specially ordered in, or already on sale or on clearance. Note: once a First Order has been placed, the First Order Voucher Code (whether or not used in full, part or at all) becomes invalid for future orders.
Gift Vouchers purchased by Customers may be used by the Customer or anyone the Customer in turn provides the Gift Voucher to, to purchase any Goods shown on the Website at the full or discounted prices shown (excluding shipping changes). Purchased Gift Vouchers expire 3 years from date of purchase and no more than one Gift Voucher at a time may be used for any cart purchase.
Other promotional Vouchers may be provided to Customers by Koop from time to time and may have different usage conditions which shall be set out as part of such provision where different to the above standard Voucher terms.
All Vouchers (except Gift Vouchers) for use at checkout will not be applied to sale or clearance items or shipping charges, or be used in conjunction with any other Vouchers applied to any same Goods item.
Koop may advise Customers of Voucher Codes for use via the Koop checkout system by various means such as: through social media sites, direct email, or any other means that Koop decides is appropriate at the time. It is the Customer’s responsibility to record such Voucher details.
A Voucher can only be used once.
No refunds apply to any unused or partly unused Vouchers.
More than one Voucher (except Gift Vouchers) can be used during a single checkout process where different Vouchers are applied to different Goods.
If a purchase exceeds the Voucher value, Customer shall pay for the balance of their purchase in the usual way.
Vouchers cannot be applied to an order after it has been processed and payment has been made.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, unless Koop notifies otherwise in writing.
Vouchers are valid from the date of issue to the date specified (discretionary expiry dates of about 3 months apply in the case of free Vouchers).
Koop is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused Vouchers.
Customer is not allowed to change, copy, sell, or (except in the case of a Gift Voucher) transfer, or assign any Voucher or use it in any other manner not expressly authorised in writing by Koop.
Koop retains the right to terminate, or amend the validity of, any Voucher which contains an error or which Koop believes is being misused.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to advise Koop on a timely basis of any missing or erroneous Vouchers.
All Vouchers are issued subject to Koop T&Cs.
